Things kick off at 4:30 p.m. with a chance to meet the musicians and learn about their individual instruments; then, as the sun begins to set at 6 p.m., the air will fill with the sweet sounds of the Orlando Philharmonic Orchestra and the Singing Tower carillon as they perform during this musical event.
